Popup Alerts for Condition Ending

This mod makes a full alert popup when a game condition such as Toxic Fallout, Cold Snap, Heat Wave, etc ends. No more playing for hours thinking the bad condition is still ongoing because you missed the small message!

Popups appear for any condition that is defined as sending a Negative Letter, and whose duration is longer then a day and a half. This means you won't see alerts for things like Psychic Soothes (good event) or Solar Flares (too short). Compatible with event mods that utilize the GameCondition class without tinkering with it too much. Specific support for Vanilla Events Expanded is included. The special Odyssey events that don't send a Negative Letter, despite being negative (like Drought) have also been added.

Safe to add or remove mid-game. CE compatible. Requires Coke Zero for fuel.
