If you talking about the new sis, this is the one of the most easy one to get, when you hear some female voice talking to you, just turn around (basically she say somethings like "I'm too ugly", "don't you dare looking at me" and stuffs like this), try to not look at her (even her feet), just run away and wait for her to disappear (she doesn't attack you, only if you look at her, if you look, she'll run, and then came back running and slit your face).
Yeah, i tried to stare at hear at the first time (because i didn't now she was the shy sister until i read at the tip screen after my death)
Same way, i tried to not look at her face, i looked at the ground, but i looked to the ground in front of her, and i could see her feet a lil bit, and then she run i killed me.
So, just try to look the opposite direction and run until she disappear, like i said, she doesn't attack you unless you look at her direction.
First:
Even if you have a low spec hardware like mee, i don't recommend to set the game on low, because sometimes the render distance could mismatch you from the right direction. I set the game on medium and 1600x900.
Directions:
When you spawn, you'll be facing the starting cabin, go to the right corner of the cabin (your left) and put yourself on the diagonal direction of this corner. If you do it correctly, running this direction, you should find some mailboxes near the amusement park. Finding the mailboxes, turn slightly to your left (i recommend passing by the left side of it) and you should see some railroad car, that is a sign that you are on the right path, just keep going. The cabin is a little bit distant, so keep going and you'll get there. In the path, you may see some blue tents, you are now really close to the cabin, just keep the same direction.
-When you are trying to find the mailboxes, if you find a darker ground just look/turn to your left and you should see the mailboxes;
-The key to find the cabin is to pass between the mailboxes and the railroad car, following this direction should lead you directly to the blue tents and after to the cabin.
-If you turn too much to the left (like really close to the railroad car), you'll be at the left side of the cabin, when you're getting a region that is like a downhill, look right and you should see the cabin.
-Like the previous case, if you turn too much to the right, you will arrive a kind of cliff, just turn left and you should see the cabin.
-The time to find the mailboxes is around 20m (of the game), and to arrive the cabin, if you have followed all the instructions, is around 60m to 80m in total.
