@hector I make 3d buildings, I haven't played the simulation of CS1 since 2015 and have no idea what numbers and stats balance out. That's not something I put any focus on, sorry. Especially when the numbers can be easily adjusted by anyone that downloads it

after spending months on that, i'll probably never going to make another mall asset again, at least for CS! There are plenty more updated shopping buildings on my workshop tho
