Generic names for Vanilla Vehicles Expanded

This is a patch to change the names of the vehicles from Vanilla Vehicles Expanded to be more vanilla-friendly. Patches are included for the base mod, the Tier 3 expansion, the Vehicles Wrecks Expanded mod, the Snow Crawler mod, the Titan Vehicles mod and all mentions of these vehicles - from the labels of the vehicles to research project names and rulestrings used for book generation, are relabeled to reflect the vehicles' new generic names. I also took the time to rewrite every vehicle description to be less verbose and more useful. I also replaced all mentions of tier 1 and tier 2 with basic and complex respectively, since that's what the original research project refers to the tiers as.
