Statistics says that opening doors is NUMBER 1 death cause in Quasimorphverse.
Ever got massacred because you forgot to check how many AP you have before opening doors?
ENOUGH with this! This mod reduces door related deaths by whooping 79.57%!

How does it works you ask? Well, it's simple.
If you have only one AP left then opening doors simply doesn't use any action point at all.
(After latest update interactions with any map obstacle on last action point is free and doesn't end turn)

If you decide that you are now not dying enough then you can disable mod here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Magnum Scriptum Ltd\Quasimorph\edair_mod_door\edair_mod_door.json

Also, while mod seems to be working properly it wasn't tested extensively, so please leave feedback. Thanks.

Oh. Forgot about stealth. Gonna update it to not affect stealth as it was not intended.

I love the spirit of the mod however, it's a free action when in stealth. Which, if you re not rat maxing through each mission like a fucking bottomfeder ready to gank any gonk who to let you see them in time to play hopscotch in run mode between wall corners, then you have much too learn lol.

Played beta version with it this mod for about 10 minutes and seemed to be working fine. But I don't intend to actually officially support beta version as I don't really have the time to even update it for regular one.

Asked this on the Continued version, but since you've updated it, do you know whether or not it's compatible with the Beta? And will you be supporting the Betas going forward?

Updated to 0.85. Because of the convoluted code that controls this behaviour I decided to just keep it simple.
Now if you have last action point left then you can interact with any map obstacle without ending turn. This should make mod more likely to remain compatible between game updates.
I tested it briefly and it's working fine but if there is any weird behaviour going on then please let me know.

Could you update this mod? Its a real lifesaver but it breaks even basic interaction with containers for some reason.
