Balboa Island Ferry - Commodore

My grandfather used to pilot the Balboa Ferries when he was younger so that was my main inspiration for this build. The Balboa ferry services the short route between the Balboa Peninsula and Balboa Island. The current trio of ferries Have been in service for around 70 years. The ferries are wooden hulled although have gotten additions over the years. This Ferry in particular is the Commodore

• Turn on electrics.
  
• Turn on hydraulics for operation of the gates and rudders.
  
• Turn on engine.
  
• Make sure to shift the gear in the direction you are headed.
  
  
  Notes
• This is not designed to operate in harsh weather.
  
• Each helm controls the rudder that is behind i, It is like driving forward.
