How to Spell

This guide will get you through the spelling bee mini game if you find it hard to make out some of the words (or can't spell). It's just a list of every word.

It also gives a guide to a later game secret involving the spelling toy. Don't worry, because I spoiler tagged all the details.

Later in the game when you progress through the manor, you can gain access to a certain item which reveals a secret word to use in the spelling toy. This will be explained below in spoiler marked text.


When you get to the bedroom area of the manor and push the chest to get the remote batteries, you will get a blacklight flashlight. Using this on the walls reveals a message saying:


Spell: ORDEAL


Typing in ORDEAL into the toy twice will cause it to give in and drop some lore. After all that it gives you the code to the safe box.


If you do not know how to access the safe, grab the rusty key from the frog man in the top right area (go north from the hub area and then right). Take the rusty key down to the town area and drop it into the well where rusty things belong. From here, take the key in the bedroom and open the drawer to reveal the safe and some more goodies.
