BECOME A BORGIA - CK3 will have playable papacy by 2077, so i did it myself along with mechanics expanding government gameplay. Inspired by Catholic Trinity, but not out of date, not editing UI and compatible with everything. Check Collection for more mods about govs.

• PLAYABLE Theocratic and Landless Theocratic Government (theoretical).
• Can have vassal contracts, royal courts. like Feudal Gov.
• Can hold City Holdings.
• Can make Theocratic Government into vassals (experimental).
• RNG court and temple clergy more likely to be low Nobles or Bastards.
• ADDED Decision to restore RNG Theocratic RNG Succession Law (mostly for AI).
• ADDED auto-accept requests for indulgences.
• Counts can call holy orders, previously locked to dukes and above.
  
  RIGHT HAND OF GOD
• ADDED multiple custom Theocratic Elective Succession Title Laws. Elect the Pope in historical conclave elections as Cardinals (clergy count as claimants so they can vote for gameplay purpose).
• ADDED DLC Clan Gov Vizir Court Position to Theocratic Government. The real Cardinal Secretary[en.wikipedia.org].
• No spouse allowed clergy rulers can access vizirs and confidents to be your assisstant.
  
  KICK CHAPLAIN
• Can use the kick from court interaction on the court chaplain to get a better one. Gives fired guy the 'fired from council' negative opinion and on your head of faith.
  
  BORGIA
• Access Dynastic Inheritance Succession Laws. Need vassals approval like vanilla.
• Can inherit claims on Head of Faith Titles like any title. Kids inherit claims.
• Can press Cardinals' claims on Pope, vassalize them as Anti-Popes (no anti pope flavor titles).
  
  BONUS
• ADDED Decision for lowborn rulers (AI) to become nobles and thus playable.
