UPDATE: added config menu and improved the sonic X ring

UPDATE: added a classic mode toggleable by using "sonic_classic_ring_function #" change # with either 1 or 0, 1 meaning on, 0 meaning off.
if the classic mode is having problems and not working with whynotboi's sonic nextbots while possession, the reason is, the player collects the rings but the nextbot doesn't, the only way to fix this is by using "sonic_allow_player #" which makes it so players can't pick up rings, change # with 1 or 0, 1 meaning on, 0 meaning off, this fixes the bug but doesn't allow ring pickup by players.
