Beskrivning
I sped up the fire rate of some of the weapons via the animation files. the knife, chainsaw, colts, both shotguns, and the rocket launcher should fire faster. I also updated the Netricsa messages for all weapons to be better English and more Serious.

Yes, but that's multiplayer only, and pretty inconsistent.
