So for this 'build' we're need the specific combination of a character with low health and a perk that damages you, thankfully this game has a perfect way to do both of these things relatively easily.

This is Demon, Demon is the no-hit character of this game, and thus is perfect for trying to die as fast as possible.
Demon is unlocked by eliminating 6666 microbes, you will get this relatively early and most likely have this by the time you have the next part of this guide unlocked.

This is poison, a generally really neat but niche perk outside of glass cannon builds but is essential for doing something like this.
Poison is the much harder thing to unlock out of the two things required, requiring beating Depth 5 using Demon OR Jester. My personal recommendation is Jester who can be unlocked quickly by typing in his name.

Once again, here is the full build in case you need it. With this amazing combination you finally can acieve death.

There are indeed faster ways to die, however this one is the easiest in my experience, not to mention the unlocks required being pretty easy considering in my experience Jester just wins games if you can manage the chaos.

I hope this guide was useful to those reading! This is probably one of the easiest achievements in the game but does require some thinking and some people might not think cutting 1 in half means death or that poison counts as damage.
