The idea is to use the Argument artifact and its Triad to maximize the damage from the second skill to its limit.
Other thing you need are extra uses of second and third skill, and a lot of survivability.

I just had to catch some timings.
Do not even try to get Pacifist and Untoucheable achievements in other objectives than "Cell of the Ancients" (one where you should open boxes and activate obeliscs). Any other objectives involve either staying around a specific location or moving slowly, which will inevitably result in you having to kill enemies or get hit.
Hunter is the ideal character for obtaining Cascade achievements as he have the teleport ability.
