Gogeta (Super) Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan
NOTE
You will need to have Gogeta SSGSS unlocked for this guide to work.
You need to equip either Latent Power Unleashed or Rising Fighting Spirit to Gogeta SSGSS.
Battle Mode Settings
Head into Battle Mode.
Choose the World Tournament stage.
Match your Rule Settings to the image below.
Character Settings
Set your team's first character to SSGSS Gogeta.
Include any other character you want to increase your proficiency with or need to grind out matches with on your team.
Set the other team to one character it doesn't matter who. who can not fly. (I use Hercule.)
The Grind
  1. As soon as the match begins, skip the cutscene.
  2. Use Stardust Blaster right away.
    • This should blow the floor out from under your opponent who will lose instantly.
  3. Hit Retry.
  4. Repeat.
Additional Use
You can also use this technique to clear the World Tournament very quickly.

Leveled multiple characters from 0 to Max Proficiency... 3 Porguna Balls, 14 Shenron Balls. WTF

Edit : Yep, it's 200 fights for Proficiency 7.

I don't know if this is relevant, but for the sake of additional info, here's the number of fights (afaik) to unlock proficiency levels :

Proficiency 1 : 1 fight
Proficiency 2 : 5 fights
Proficiency 3 : 10 fights
Proficiency 4 : 25 fights
Proficiency 5 : 50 fights
Proficiency 6 : 100 fights

I'm still checking for Proficiency 7 but I believe it's 200 fights.

this is the best way, although if you put mr satan to super instead of weak, he will almost always use his dash special at the beginning, which if you dodge he will out of ring himself. i found this to be a bit faster than using stardust blaster

i imagine its good for dragon balls but if u just need zeni then do the ssj goku vs frieza fight in story mode. its a guaranteed drop for gokus outfit which turns into 300k zeni when u have it already

Why not just run this same setup in World Tournament? Guaranteed (?) Porunga ball every 3 fights and the same amount of Zeni. I guess you can't character level in World Tournament but otherwise it seems much easier and more efficient.
