Set everything to low, except global illumination. That should be on medium. It dramatically effects the lighting during the day.
If you can, turn draw distance up. This reduces pop-in of objects.

For NVIDIA RTX cards, you should be using DLAA. It is in video > NVIDIA DLSS. Nothing else seems to look right.

I forgot, you can also turn textures up (to the VRAM limit).

Shadows should also be set to medium.
