Introduction
Hello im probably first player on 0.7 beta test who was maxed and was way ahead .I start almost from scratch. 150 lvl general 2 characters lvl 20 others lvl 10. Im usualy play Normal mode and Endless in all difficulties. I try to tell how i manage to do this and most effective details about synergy and builds to you can survive at least 30 min in D3 in ednless swamp and reach lvl 100. Also how start with every survivor and some details about Evolutions and base game mechanics and general way in progress. I do not have many time and im doing this because some one ask about guide in official Discord server.

I be add information when i have a time for guide. And this guide be not small.

English not my native. Sry for mistakes.
Badges and what we wana take
First badge what you wana at start is Medic badge. Why?
0.7 version change scaling of armor and changes in general tree decrease meta progression Hp regen from 20 to 5 per second.At start you do not have HP regen at all. so its most important thing to you rigth now.

1.SO first target be leveling your medic to you can upgrade healing Badge to max. its give 5 hp regen. And its be Permamently in your start util you maxe Hp regen in Gereral meta progression.

2 If you good player and Healing already open to you 20m runs.you realy wana Crit chance badge From SWAT. Why? This badge give 20% for weapons and 20% for ability for ALL characters in run. If we count this in how much Military traning player need to have same numbers... its REALY HUGE damage boost and REALY expencive.

3.If you still can not survive or you open 3rd badge slot => you need tank Armor +health dabge. its tremendasly decrease incoming damage and we NEED this as badge any way. its makes runs insanely stable and open way to start play in D2 and D3.

4.last badges....Engi badges. Both. Ability range +ability duration and Weapon CDR +ability CDR. when you complite general brance HP regen we wana replase HP regen.Why them?Again. You need realy huge amount of MTtraning to reach this bonuses on every character. And also due balance changes abilitys now out damage weapons in High difficulty and in general all ability make more damage then weapon.

So universal setup for any team composition looks like this.
Tank badge : Armor+ Health
Swat badge : Crit chance
Engi badge : Ability CDR + Weapon CDR
Engi badge : Ability Duration + Ability range

and this setup all around good and make start and in general as any character realy good and all ability and weapons work realy well and in same time you team not Glass canon.

DO NOT UPGRADE BADGES WHAT YOU DO NOT USE.ITS WASTE. WORKS ONLY BADGES WHAT YOU TAKE IN RUN.DO NOT WASTE YOU CHARACTER POINT.

DO NOT USE LEVELING BADGE. this badge only looks good, but in reality its decrease your main stats (cuz you do not take what important and have High efficiency) and your be much weaker, what decrease your perfomance in run dramasticaly.
Tags
Tags sistem was added in 0.7
You can find effect of every tag in top left corner in Run.

Every ability and weapon have tags. Every lvl up add tag on top.
+1 tag give => 2% damage for any thing with same tag, 1% chance to apply effect
on 10 tags all you kit with same tag start apply or work special effect
every tag above 10 also increase Chance to use special tag effect +1%

What tag does?
Every tag effect unice.

I just make a Shot description.

Kinetick = increase incoming damage to enemy,special Decrease enemy damage
Bleed= DoT in % of enemy health, special tag increase usual effect damage 5 times.
Explosive = increase AoE range and make full damage to all enemys in range.
Fire = DoT, Special have chance to spread fire.
Frost =slow down,special instakill enemy on any next hit.
Toxic = DoT and slow down,Special increase exlosion AoE range
Electric = stun,special give chance to do serios damage

Also in game now items what give to tag additional effect or double duration. And they REALY strong . Do not underestimate them.

now player to be more effective must think about team tags and learn every ability. Almost any evolution add another damage type tag to ability.And that a game changer actualy.

As example. Huntress bear traps. they a bleed.Evolution make Traps shot freeze arrows.If you play in Frost build (frost bow + Frost flask +frost experiment 21 and also have Ghost in team or Tank with saw blades or Pyro with Big axe) you have High frost tag and high Bleed tag.
Frost tag have a chance to Freeze enemy and next source of damage kill enemy no matter what, and becaus you have High bleed tag you have High chance to apply Bleed on enemy.
if we combine this 2 tags=> traps Freezing enemy and instakill part of enemy cuz Bleed DoT applied to them nd make damage on Freezed targets.

If we add here Frost item what make Freeze anemy spread freezing,this composition became insanely effective and also Crown cotrol source.
General Meta branch
First of all. you must understand : every point in node increase its cost, but not increase given stats.
This mean you DO NOT wana MAX any node. Only important.if you wana be strong 5/5 node be only for EXP , MONEY,ARMOR, HP regen and you must do them first. you start upgrade least 5/5 only after you can upgrade all other nodes to 4/5
What we need at first?
like a say before.

: EXP,MONEY, ARMOR, HP regen,Specialization

what be next?
you must have invicibility frames at leas 3/5 to just do not take multy hits from enemy.

you need separate points to this stats (cuz you use my badge adwise):
weapon attack speed 4/5 and weapon crit damage 3/5. its hadrly increase your First lvl prefomance with just a gun.my badges do not have crit damage and attack speed.

take banish 2/5 and rerols 2/5 to you can just be free in you build construction.

after we have good first level perfomance .
You need CDR 3/5 ,ability Crit damage 3/5,ability duration 3/5,ability range 3/5.
Ability have over all better damage then guns due AoE. Cuz most guns a single target.
and after that my adwise be 5/5 range and 5/5 CDR.

What this start do to you? you have A realy good mix to all abilities on every characters work realy well, you have a realy good lvl 1, and realy powerfull early game.
after that you increase all nodes what i mentioned above from 3/5 to 4/5. After start put points in other nodes.First ones in this stage must be Weapon Crit chance and ability crit chance.last ones must be Weapon damage and ability damage.cuz they give only +2% per lvl (Only ONE item in run benefit you more the all Damage modes combined.thats why its last nodes what you wana upgrade)

and only after that you start leveling all nodes to 3/5
after 4/5 all and only in end 5/5.

Heli one time and max turrets. after weapon.

you can banish grenades in beginig. they nish . when you be stronger in general and explore how game work you can use them correctly.

in Meta progression order:

Pistol (realy weak.need better start)
Turrets usual node+ turrets Evo
Crit badge
Ricochet usual node +Evo (realy high benefit)
Sniper rifle (if you play it.Realy high benefit from node to weapon perfomance)

Hiden synergy or What you do not know:
Ricochet actualy benefit from ABILITY damage and ABILITY crit chance and damage.
Sniper rifle insanely good with swat turrets and Engi full electo build. Cuz only enemy what can survive is elite and Bosses and sniper rifle solve this problem)
Sniper rifle aiming AI actualy prefer Elites and boses more then usual zombie
Grenades Domino + Synergy with Engi (chance to EMP on grenage)
Explosive turrets work insanely good with Tank taunting mines and Pyro molotov +Huntress
Heli now weak ability.its insanely good but only in Higher difficulty.
Do not take ricoshe more then once utill you have Assault rifle or Sniper rifle.
Tank

Saw drones. max as fast as can. Evolve into double circle. second priority its Weapon and after mines.Take taunting mines.They just MUCH better. belive me.

Banish bombardment unless you do Explosive build or Toxic. Low DPS and nish.when you be stronger in general and explore how game work you can use it correctly.

in Meta progression order:
Saw Blades usual node + Evolution (insane benefit from usual node)
Badge Armor +HP
pump action shotgun
Mines usual node + Evolution (to open taunting mines )

Hiden synergy or What you do not know:
Saw blades + Ghost Pulse push back. Enemy run and saw blades(first time take damage), pusle push them back to baldes (second time damage), if enemy survive they run again to player and this goes around until enemy die.
Taunting mines is ULTIMATIVE Evolution with INSANE crowncontrol what synergize with ANY sort of AoE. Specialy with : Explosive turrets, Flask,Experiment 21,Rocket launcher,both Engi weapons,Flametrower, Both arrows(specialy explosive), Explosive penetration, Shurikens,Wind cutter.
Do not do a mistake about mines.Choose this evo.
Engi
what take to survive on even D3 at first levels?
Take electrocution or turrets. max them both as fast as can. Second priority its weapon.

banish EMP unless Engi your main DPS or you make Explsosive or elecric build. Cuz emp give tags and increase overall electric ability damage.when you be stronger in general and explore how game work you can use it correctly.

in Meta progression order:
Tazer (weak. need better start)
electrocution usual node + Evo (realy high benefit from usual node)
Turrets usual node + Evo
Shield evo only (usual upgrades for shield realy weak)
Badges

Hiden synergy or What you do not know:
You MUST have item Mask with 2 tags with ANY cost. impact on overall DPS in INSANE.
Ligthter item.Engi can have 3 debuffs in kit + EMP can give all others.you must have this item too.
synergy with ghost actualy realy good. Put some AoE in Ghost and Shurikens start block 120 degree on screen from any zombie.just do not take single Shuriken EVO,take bumerang.
Engi with Frost build is realy powerfull. Frost shield +frost turrets with Frost huntress arrows +Frost bear traps +Medic Frost flask+Frost 21 + item Mask 2 tag make almost all field be permafrozen.
Both weapons Highly effective with any taunting ability from other survivors.
Huntress
what take to survive on even D3 at first levels?
take one time Decoy.Arrow rain Multiple (with Duration scaling) first priority. Bow. and after that traps. Better to take Frost in any case. even if you goes Fire build. belive me.

all ability work very well. Do not banish any thing. Do NOT take explosive penetration.its realy weak.

in Meta progression order:
arrow rain usual node + Evo
Beartraps usual node + Evo
Penetration usual node + evo
multishot
Your arrow preference (explosive or Frost )

Hiden synergy or What you do not know:
Traps actualy have big range of AoE and realy high benefit from Range bonus.Arrow Rain have even beter scaling. DO not underastimate ability Range on Huntress.
Huntress actualy make realy solid damage and realy good as starting survivor.
Frost arrows and Explosive both good.And if you have Huntress in team find Coffe item.
Crab realy good item for Her,cuz all ability make High one hit damage, same i can say about Weapon.

Ghost
what take to survive on even D3 at first levels?
Take pulsar and kunai. level both as fast as can. Pulsar push back evo,Kunai Toxic evo. Second priority is weapon.

Banish surickens unless you go in Bleed build or Weapon build. They give tags. it weaker then other abilities and nish.when you be stronger in general and explore how game work you can use it correctly.

in Meta progression order:
pulsar usual node + Evo
Kunai usual node + Evo
Wind cutter or Thousand cuts on your preference
Medic
what take to survive on even D3 at first levels?
One time drone. 21 as fast as can. Any evo. Second priority Weapon and Stimpack.

medic was buffed but still weakest survivor. Take second survivor as fast as can if you start as medic.Also do not start runs as medic.

in Meta progression order:
Hp regen badge (if you do not have general meta HP regen)
Pistol
21 usual node
Stimpack usual node + evo
Drone usual node + evo
Pyro
what take to survive on even D3 at first levels?
take one time TnT. max Molotov to Spray evolution.take one time NPNG. second priority is weapon and warewalk.


Fire build not so strong. and Fire do not have any crown control or damage increasing. Also its damage over time. Fire build fall off after 25-30m run in endless. You just can not relly only on fire.

in Meta progression order:
FireAxe (weak in first lvl. need better start)
Molotov usual node+Evo
No Pain usual node
Firewalk Evo
Items
Guitar,Lighter, 2tag items,Bell,Woodnstick,Crab,Strecher,Book.
you nee this items. if you do not have them all,you MUST open them at any cost. Check achievements and find how to open allof them
Effective grind if you need this
About grind. Endless is NOT effective way to do this. 2 game modes actualy can give real profit. its 20m nommal run or hardcore.

Difficulty also add modifire
D1 X1
D2 x1.5
D3 x 2.

maps also add modifire
City x1
Desert x1.5
Swamp x2

About different game modes.
Normal x1
Endless x0.75
Hardcore x1.5
Extermination x1.5
One hit x2.0

All modifiers sum in total modifier.

Harcore is danger. Better to just go in desert D1 normal instead of City D1 hardcore as example.
Extermination not bad but still....i do not prefer. Cuz its large horde at once attack from all directions. its also can be danger and ruin your run.

my adwise same. Just play normal mode in different maps and different difficulties.

For general progression better to run 2 Survivors run insted of 3. Cuz you do not level up all 3 survivors at low difficulty(just becaus low zombie count and low elite and bosses spawn).Even +20% bonus EXP from 3rd survivor do not help in this.You wana your EVOs as fast as can, but when you have all 3 survivors,you dramasticaly decrease this process due High amount of ability in pool for leveling. you just be MUCH stronger early and feel your self good in 2ppl team. You can take 3rd survivor at point when you level up all what need and feel your self strong, just to have more Specialization progress.
