no its very easy to fix trust me thid weill work ( press windows +r and type %app data% and on the top press on app data and go to the locals folder and find hello neighbor reborn and open the folder and delete the save file what it does is it removes the data that you have saved throughout the game and it will restart the game it worked for me hope it helps
