I will consider it, thats if I can figure out all actions or visuals for sick or infected animals

Hey... I think you really should expand on your guide, cause there are additional signs for each infection.
For example, Migraine and meningitis will show sensitivity not only to sound, but to UV light as well (animals start running when you shine a UV light at them)
Leptospirosis will show bloody scars on animal's body.
Animals infected with salmonellosis will run away from you no mater what you carry in your hands.

That's just few example that i know for sure. Other deseases could carry additional symptoms as well.

The animal will show no symptoms but will act in a strange way so the other animal with an infection is the same symptom the animal is mimicking.

Normally the one without symptoms is the one being mimicked of the infection of the others.
Say for example, one has Influenza... That means the parasite is mimicking Influenza, make a shot for that.

Got multiple like that and you hit the wrong one? Quit, Continue, try again.

what if the animal has no symptoms but is infected could you state what i should do in that case? as i havent been ale to think of anything except putting the animal down :(
