How to change the Decals
Hide the decals with the BOB mod and plop your favorite decals manually,
or
Change the decals with the BOB mod.

How to use them
  • Open Find It and search for "tree plaza" or "oak plaza"
    or
    Go to "Parks & Plazas" -> "Plazas"
  • Plop them next to a road on a flat surface
  • Use Move It to make adjustments
