Sizes are 5X4 and 6X4.

They have an entertainment value and attract some tourists.

Hide the decals with the BOB mod and plop your favorite decals manually,
or
Change the decals with the BOB mod.

• Open Find It and search for "tree plaza" or "evergreen plaza"
  or
  Go to "Parks & Plazas" -> "Plazas"
  
• Plop them next to a road on a flat surface
  
• Use Move It to make adjustments
