Herd85: October Update 2024

Hi Everyone, here is the October 24 update for PWS, Its been a very busy month in regards to editing this month, the major thing that I have been force to do was editing EVERYONES overness, due to a patch update, Budget cuts would become a regular thing, and this needed to be addressed! What you are going to notice is alot of workers overness will be alot lower than before - the benefits of this = cheaper to hire people, but it needed to be done to help fix the mod. I HOPE i manage to get everyone suggestions to what to update into the mod, I know there is stuff i miss, so if i have missed anyone stuff I do apologise and I shall to try yo sort it in the future!! I big THANK YOU to everyone that has helped me, especially all of you on the discord, the mod wouldn't be anywhere near as good without your help!! Finally thank you DerEnno! The excellent picpack you have created I shall be using going forward, well done on what you created and thank you again!
