Its name in game is 向导's 娘化材质包, it doesn‘t support localization

If you don't like the feminization of a certain NPC, you can delete it in the texture folder. The texture folder is usually located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\105600\3339304829
