Would it be a pain to ask that you enable Steam's inbuilt FPS counter through the overlay that displays your FPS in vibrant little neon green numbers in the upper left corner and then retake this screenshot as well as another one without the Engine.ini changes so we can see exactly how significant the FPS changes are?
