Now I'm talking a break till we get new content, couldn't care less about my three days of random in-game loot.
Especially now that Hunter-Killer spawns have been adjusted (A FAR bigger issue I'm glad they hotfixed. Now they don't just spawn the second you LOOK at a picture in Ashen Mesa)
Bigger issues with the game exist than this mechanic. Getting stuck on every hunk of junk when you're trying to sprint away is a bigger deal that will turn more people off of playing.
Can it be refined? Sure, I don't disagree on that. But trying to act like this is some game-shattering deal is nuts to me.
Having stronger characters via prestige leveling matters far more to survival than your gear in most cases anyway, and you never lose that even if your water hits zero.
