A militaristic faction led by Colonel Corazón Santiago. Inspired by Sid Meyer's Alpha Centauri.
This is not supposed to be an exact reconstruction of the Spartan Federation faction from SMAC, so please don't treat it as such.

Trait:
  • -15% Unit Maintenance
  • +10% Experience
  • +10% Negative Health per Citizen

Would I be correct in guessing that the negative health indicates that the survivalism aspect has largely been discontinued? Survivalists, preppers, etc. have, from what I have seen, a tendency towards heightened focus on knowing how to respond to injuries and disease. On one occasion one of them responded to a wasp bite recipient by retrieving what appeared to be just another weed from, of all places, the front lawn and taking a mortar and pestel to it. The treatment he whipped up caught the younger man receiving it completely off guard with its speed and effectiveness. I ought to know. I was the one who had been stung.

An interestig and well balanced mod. I will soon upload your faction into my game, and try a SMAC-like game. :)
