HISTORY

The USF – Universal Science Foundation, was formed to explore the unknown reaches of space and discover new life forms and cultures. Our early exploration ships didn’t last long, as we discovered that the universe is respite with many warring cultures whose only respect is for those that have a bigger stick to wield.

The Gryphon II was created to clear the path for exploration & mining by taking on the Drone Swarms and Legacy Infestations along with other hostile factions encountered along the way.

The GRYPHON II comes out of the factory as a core 9 design. And is easily upgradeable to core 17 Once upgraded to Core 17, it is a formidable Legacy & Drone Swarm Killer.

It’s primary purpose is Combat, Legacy Attack Ship, Drone Combat, and Small Scale Production

STANDARD FEATURES

• CV Class 6, Core 9 RE2, Unlock Level 25 – Reforged Eden 2 ONLY !
  
• Steel Hull with the front 1/3 of the ship heavily armored with Combat Steel/Xeno Steel
  
• Front internally mounted decoys:
  2 x Small Thrusters
  2 x Basic Generators
  1 x Light Missile Launcher
  1 x Light Laser Cannon
  
• 2 x 320K Ammunition Controllers (1 could be changed to Harvest)
  
• 3 x 640K Storge Containers (I never seem to have enough space)
  
• Full Med Bay
  
• Small Hydroponics Room & Food Processing Room
  
• Armor & Weapon Lockers and a Repair Station
  
• 1 x Advanced & 1 x Small Constructors
  
• Locations marked to add Deconstructor, Universal Constructor and a Repair Console
  
• Designated space to add Quantum CPU Extenders, & Quantum Cores
  
• Designated space to add Small Reactor
  
• Shields are at a little over 60K with a decent recharge rate and space to add more shield parts as needed
  
• 4x Enhanced Matter Transceivers
