Frackin Ground Seeders FIXED

A fixed version of the original FrackinUniverse Ground Seeders Ground Seeders mod. Fixes how the mod was patching its recipe unlocks into both vanilla's and FU's items and blocks (which is why I made this its own mod rather than a patch, can't patch patches unfortunately), so they should actually work now! As a bonus, I also made some minor tweaks/adjustments to other aspects of the mod to make it that bit nicer, mostly rarity and text adjustments.

For those wondering, the Chucklefish forums version of the mod[community.playstarbound.com] has open mod asset permissions, or in other words: "Anyone can alter/redistribute the mod's assets without the author's consent."
