A basic guide to the recipes and ingredients in the game, as of version 158.

I will endeavour to add new ones as the game gets more content.

NB - the main list of recipes comes from a Discussion post where one user had harvested them from the game files. I am simply organising this and adding a few extra bits of information in a guide as the discussion post is getting buried.

There are three cooking stations in the game:

• the basic campfire - this has one cooking slot
  
• the cooking station - this has three cooking slots
  
• the oven - this has five cooking slots

The oven is unlocked through dismantling ones you find underwater (you'll need to have scuba gear and air tanks). The Sunken City is the best place, there's two in the burger restaurant (the building with the giant wooden burger sign on the roof), and at least one in the other buildings. There's also one in the Sunken Manor just off Shallow Sands.

Each food item has a type - this is shown as an icon on the bottom right of the info box when you hover over the item:
