Hello and first of all welcome to my guide, I will definitely help you how to get to 100% discovery.
There are pictures to see how you can do it.

Hello Friends, since I'm not able to play the game with Expansion map due of crashes / GPU lost.
I have to regret to inform that I'll not able to send or update the post anymore until they fixed the Game. I hope you guys got understanding!

I made it! But I'm stuck with 98-99% discovery. What can I do?
Don't worry, there are many you didn't know about. Check all your maps that are still missing.
Especially for Under Bridge, that will make you even harder.
The image will show you what to do.
Tip: You can tilt up/down map. Make sure that it is correct, please check carefully once around to see if anything is missing.

Yep, 100% at Honk Kong. Took a long time, but made it. Got stuck for a long time on Tai Tam. Missed a tiny bridge.

Just dropping by, for those who don't know: To get 100% Ibiza you need to get Out of Bounds and north of the map are some explorable roads, people have mentioned we have "6/10 districs" for Ibiza, so we might get a Part 2 or Part 3 of Ibiza in the future.
