In conclusion, this game is incompatible with non-chinese system (I'm not convinced whether this will happen on japanese system as the game also supports japanese). To run this game you should go to the system setting and turn these 3 options to 中文/中国(chinese/china) as the picture shows, and then click the "administrative language settings" and turn that to simplify chinese. Then you can enter the game. But this game do not support english so u must enjoy this game with either chinese or japanese.
