This is an ship/hovercraft from Microsoft Hover! game, specifically from web browser HTML5 remake of that game created back in 2013. The ship's name is Chicago as seen in the game itself. This is prop/item version of the upload.

Small info piece:
The shine on the front of the vehicle's windshield is unlikely to appear in the game itself. It was a part of the Blender render picture that I have received from the creator of the model. The ship's model and texture are made from ground up, as there was no way that we could find to convert the original JSON files into 3D models usable with Blender.
