Have you ever wanted to see No Time fanfiction which was the exact same story as the game but without those pesky un-immersive moments where you ask, "huh, this dialogue looks funny...", Well imaginary customer look no further for I have re-written Acts 1-3 (and some side quests) to make these characters stand out! (As you can likely put together this is for those who want something more interesting to read while going on their 5th playthrough of the story mode)

"What makes this different from (INSERT LANGUAGE IMPROVEMENT MOD HERE)?": Well, it's mostly the fact that this more so attempts to not only improve the dialogue and some of the text in the game but also to rewrite some of the characters to fit how I see them, which is why I call this a fanfiction of sorts, some characters may be a lot more like who they're based on or some may be completely different from how you may have seen them before (for better or for worse).

"What are these changes?", asks the voices, well! Here are the ones I felt needed discussing! (with added context as to why!)

Many grammatical and spelling fixes (and likely many more added for I am but a man, a miserable little pile of literary mistakes)

A sneaky reference or 2 (Very few and far between, practically unnoticable)

Changed it so Johannes (The book store owner pre-2010ish) is now also the writer of most of the informational books:
(I like to imagine he sounds like that teacher from Ferris Bullers Day Off, I also wanted to give him something to do since he's not important to the story at all currently)

Gave Micheal an accent:
(More specifically a Scottish/Irish one as he doesn't really stick out all that much other then being religous and the leader during... certain periods)

Made Edward super British:
(I was always under the impression that it is the case canonically but there were times where I felt this get's muddled so I made sure that it's as clear as possible, he was one of the main reasons I started this. Also, yes technically Arthor is a surname of Spanish decent at least from what I know, but I like to think that after the 1600's Pine Island would have a large influx of British citizens due to Cape Dun thriving.)

Made Jason super "American":
(Technically I should say North Colombian due to lore but I don't have the full picture nor the space to fully go into this so, enjoy smelling his processed cheese breath.)

PC (The Player Character or Paul Clearman) is now also "American" but maybe a little less then Jason and I also removed the worst line of dialogue I have had the displeasure of reading:
(What was Erathor thinking when he thought that using "btw" was a good way to end a response, like I get it, you don't want the dialouge to clip but geez I sure hope Erathor fired someone for that blunder. Anyway PC is now more "American" but you could imagine him speaking in "American"-British)

And at least 2 more things!

Some final notes:
I cannot gaurentee satisfaction nor 100% functionality, this was written as a test of my writing skills, to see if I am truly a good writer and not just someone who can understand when the video essayist says the big words. Obviously the changes done here are rather small as there's only so much I can change through solely dialogue. I would love to see Erathor hire someone to help him write this story, cause there is a lot of interesting concepts and themes within it, but an interesting story is not immediately good, it needs good execution which funnily enough is my standpoint on the game as a whole currently. The game is still in alpha and much can change. I'll slowly update this over time, possibly... Oh right! And before I forget, please put your suggestions, criticisms and such in the comments, there's probably a thread for issues somewhere.

If memory serves me correct, language mods will work on any save (Providing the save functions on the latest version). However I have yet to update the mod to account for any changes made during the most recent update, so some lines I wrote will not display or will display incorrectly so expect some things to be unchanged or lines to show up out of order

I cant tell, does this need a brand new save to work, or will it work with any old save?

Yeah, that will very likely happen, which is why I created the report thread for whenever this does eventually happen, about the French accent thing, if you think he sounds more so like that way, sure, I did make my intentions clear with how I wanted to interpret him but the great thing about this game delivering dialogue through text only is that it gives a lot more room for the player to interpret how characters sound, so yeah dude I could see Edward enjoying some formage

That's sad any missed lines after vanilla text updates may shift whole dialogue. Game surelly need an string keys or something...

I'm interested, in the EdwardThunder: nessecary, geussing, oppisite, primarally... May it be french accent actually?
