Scroll down to the bottom of any guide to where it says "Comments" you'll want to click the large rectangular box that seems to be a darker shade of the sites color.

Once you've found that box you'll want to move your mouse, thumb, etc over it and click the box.

After you've completed that step you'll want to begin typing on your keyboard to create a compelling comment, just as you've completed your comment you'll want to press the "Enter" key on your keyboard or "Send" button.
