I then took everything out of any subfolders & put them all to just the Mods folder. This made no difference. For some reason it's not picking up any mods that actually have some modification to the UI. I don't know if this is because it is looking for some VERY specific name and not at what the mod itself does or how exactly it's operating that.
Does anyone know if this is just straight up incompatible with NRaas Portrait Panel?
I tried downloading S3PI manually in Peter Jones' sourceforge website and then place it right next to the place I put the .bat, also nothing.
So what I did to fix it is to manually install S3PE (note, different than S3PI!), also by Peter Jones, downloaded through here [simlogical.com] , run the installer, and it fixed the .bat installer as it has the required S3PI library detectable by the Tiny UI powershell.
This might be useful to anyone who is having problem with it.
so when someone that got no clue about any of it comes around spouting nonsense about malicious software etc it shouldn't be a surprise that people like me that benefit from the fix would defend it, no?
also there's no need to "press the refresh button" when there's notofications about any replies
