Hello Everyone!

This will not be so much as a guide but more about, the install for the game.
We are kinda used to installing games and most of contents from Steam, and always expecting it to work right then and there.
But some game creators and companies have their "patches" or "R+18" content on their personal websites.
And so it is for this game.


*So what do you miss out on* -Quite a bit of the game content

- No R+18 content !!! :D

-You miss quite a bit of interaction

-Can't complete all achievements like "Cowgirl, Rush B, Soul-contamination" --Don't know about the 'Rat King"

-Can't craft or learn additional recipes 'n' perks

-Will get an error for "NurseOrgasm_1.ogg" when getting to Endless Nightmare-& that will stop your exploration and pretty much the game right there

After installing the game from steam -> Visit their Studios website for their game patches

After that, you got full game with H-content .. Hmm.. not really sure if there are any bugs or problems, but will update if I come across anything.


I started the game without its full content, and went into Hard mode right on the get go. The game was challenging and required to revisit locations to get recipes and trigger other events.
When I installed the patch "+18", after quite some time, like 25-30 hrs of playing. What made me enjoy the game or made it easier to enjoy on "Hard mode" was that, you were able to continue "your save" even after you patched it so late in the game.
Why I mention this, it's because of R+18 mechanics.

P.S. To quit or to load a save, You have to force exit ~~ Alt+F4 ~~
