Devastators of burden challenge

In this challenge, your only weapon is the devastator itself, for it is great at clearing hordes up close, but what if it was only weapon you can use(at start that is), lest you want to be defenseless against hordes of aliens? Medics have an expection in form of medical SMG, but if only to take ammo than rely on it expect for healing allies. Though both are much stronger to make up for the restriction. And of course, due to massive ammo cost of such weapons without ammo packs to go around, you can loot some from aliens, just don't expect it to last if you shoot without aim.
