The Overclocked Vaporware with Eliminated Reload Restrictions to Input and Discharge at Excessive Rates. a system in the Universal Liquidator for Tactical Indiscriminate Mutilation and Armageddon with Technology to Unmake all of Mankind, is a weapon system that I made to prove a point, it is a aborted god, a weapon left unfinished for far too long, nothing was created here, only destroyed on conception.

While creating it I found Jamming was a issue, I encountered often otherwise it over-performs as a APS system.
I expected issues when pioneering the single best way to use APS in FTD, but I did not expect that a fire rate cap at 450rpm per APS firing peice (an issue now solved.) and a jamming issue related to the games default weapon sync, (not solvable.)

After I solved a majority of the issues I made DIF/APS even more of a viable weapon system; Downright making any other projectile near useless if this is made as CWIS, particularly FRAG rounds since that is the most devastating round.

This weapon performs very well as AA-CWIS when utilizing 5 frag APHEAD timed fuse with whatever base you want, at 60cm

You can use all 20 slots for the ammo while maintaining somewhere around 2500RPM regardless of caliber (I have not fully tested this on a single barrel variant of the weapon, I just made the Gatling cannon because I thought it was a good idea to make a weapon called ULTIMATUM, why use that on a weapon and not a ship? read the blue header again to know why.

Otherwise the gun is. . . surprisingly well balanced in the game, not as much of a cheat and more of a rather expensive and time consuming innovation.
Only because ammo access is limited, and it costs materials to fire this weapon.
And you have to manually adjust for the caliber at times, I'll be updating the O.V.E.R.I.D.E.R to automate and apply unique identifiers for every APS weapon you have on any craft, so it can OVERIDE.

This model is very inefficient and was just over-engineered for cosmetic reasons.
I will update this later to add a smaller more efficient and heavily optimized tiny DIF gun.

And, yes it just works, and yes It jams, this is a feature, not an intended one but it is a feature none the less.


Two years in the making, the best weapon system yet? nah, its two years obsolete too.
The pretty bits in the middle with the big math evaluator and the 8 accumulators that all look so good?

Yeah that stuff is pretty old, but not half bad for its time, the messier ♥♥♥♥ up above it? yeah that was made for your convenience, helps operate the weapon and gives more HUD info.

So go ahead and learn what you wish from it, make it better even, I am incapable of doing anything with this as it is fully obsolete, and fully worthless as I will no longer be playing FTD.
