Glacier Maw Ogres SFO Submod

This is the SFO submod for Glacier Maw Ogres by Pwner1. This mod balances the units to be more in line with SFO Grimhammer III.

I add unit caps for all units. I also changed some of the recruitment buildings to sfo buildings. I made the units recruitable for Mother Ostankya.

I am still learning to mod so if you notice anything that appears off, just let me know and I will try to fix it. I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
