Canadian fictional AEM-7s and Amfleets v2

in late 1970 Transport Canada Mandated the use of Ditch lights on all locomotives meaning that all of the AEM-7s from my previous mod were incorrect. I decided to give them a quick update, just in and out, 20 minute adventure

and so after several weeks slaving away in the notepad ++ mines and after concerns regarding save game compatibility i decided to make this a new pack altogether, the previous pack will be unlisted but NOT deleted

the new pack contains alot of the old stuff but updated but there's a few new additions
