You can enable skip in settings if you just want the achievements quickly.

If you played the game earlier or messed up any choices, you might have to delete your save.

How to delete your save:
Go to the game's files on Steam and delete the saves folder:

Delete the greenogre-69696969 folder in the AppData\Roaming\RenPy folder:
