i'm not sure if its this or the bot ship set but one of theme causes the weapons to shoot from the center of the solar system and not the ship

Martechi is also a Stellaris modder as far as I know. If he wanted his models on the workshop he would have done it already. Currently the models are not even available except for the base superdestroyer

Is it possible in the future to have Eagle-1 strikecraft and Pelican 1 as the science/creator ships and the DSS? I know that's a lot but would be really cool and add immersion
