@pafnuty Hi and first of all thanks for your mods.
But it seems that there is a little bug in your Confic Reload mod since the update. I always get this error:
Can't compile "Mission" script module!

I have defined admins in the MPG_Spawner/Config.json as you described and I have also generated a new config but my dev. server won't start with your reload mod included.
This is a pity because the reload makes life much easier.

Strangely, it shows ID 0.
Perhaps you have downloaded the mod incorrectly?

@pafnuty im not askinf if i can, i read that there yes, im asking if I MUST repacked it for it to work because if i just download the mod my server own show to connect because it says this mod as a ID number 0

Yes, you can repack this mod, it's explicitly stated in the permissions section
