"Blue Dream" Weed is best for XP due to XP being gained via harvest and seed planting and Blue Dream excels at Growth and Meth is best for Money as it gives the most per gram.

Meth Grade 1: 45 Dollars/Gram
Meth Grade 2: 55 Dollars/Gram
Meth Grade 3: 65 Dollars/Gram

I personally recommend turning the second location into your weed XP farm and turning the house into your money making methlab.

Been over a year, still no "update" to the guide, I am sure there's new stuff that could be added.... Not sure what myself, but for your guide, I am sure you know more than what the guide says ;)
