描述

Ever felt like universities felt underwhelming? Well this is the mod for you. Universities now teach students how to read and write.

Content

New production methods that change the amount of education access and based on education laws in the country.
Also reduces paper cost slightly.

If you have any suggestions for changes please leave a comment, everything is still liable to change.

Compatibility

This mod should be compatible with most other mods. Tips for checksum errors with multiple mods in multiplayer:

Make a clean playset
Remove any unused mods from playset even if inactive
You have to have the same order with all players. If a->z doesn't work you'll have to sort manually; To do this export the correct load order for others to import and use

Great idea and a good job. It's OP, but that's historically accurate. I'd maybe make Unis a bit more expensive to make and maintain because it's quite easy to spam them, even as a poor nation.

Not currently on my main PC, should work with the current update but I'll check it out so it doesn't give you any errors on Saturday
