Introduction
Super Crush KO is a colorful 2D beat-em-up game, and while the achievements seem pretty straightforward, I'd like to give some tips, to make it more clear and some may be a bit complicated to unlock. It's an easy game to 100%, and really fun, too.
Story-related
You will get these just by playing.

I'm Comin' Chubbz!: Complete the tutorial

Bye Bye Shibuya: Complete Little Shibuya

Out of the 'Wood: Complete Greenwood Park

That's Pretty Far West...: Complete West West Pine West

All The Way Downtown: Complete the game
Scoring-related
I'm Pretty Good at This: Complete a level with an A Rank

I'm Like, Really Good at This: Complete a level with an S Rank

No Seriously, I'm Very Good at This: Complete a level with an S+ Rank
Self-explanatory. Just keep your combo meter from running out by keep attacking enemies to keep your score high. If they’re far away the gun helps in keeping it from resetting. Try to not get hit, it breaks your combo, and try not to die, even though you can continue up to 5 times, beating a level without dying and/or getting hit adds your score. Getting A rank and S Rank are pretty easy, chances are you'll unlock them without much effort in the early stages.

S+ Rank might be a bit complicated, you’re gonna have to get a score that’s pretty higher from the S Rank. I think the boss levels are your best bet at getting the S+ Rank, even though the fight is more intense, it's easier to not break your combo or get hit, plus the levels are shorter. I got mine fighting Mecha One, but Mecha Three is also a good level to attempt, the stage is flat, its attacks are predictable, and not too many enemy spawns. Fun fact, I got #6 rank worldwide from beating Mecha Three!

Welp, I Guess I'm The Best: S Rank every level in an area
Each area contains 5 levels, 4 normal ones and 1 boss. It’s not too hard, especially in early levels. I got mine by S Rank-ing the first area, Little Shibuya’s levels.

Not Even a Scratch: Finish a level without taking damage (excluding tutorial level)
Obviously easier in the early levels where there aren’t many enemy types. But you could also do it on a boss level to help other achievements, such as S+ Rank which are easier to get there, or the achievement for beating Mecha Two without taking damage. You’ll get bonus points if you complete a level without getting hit.

Did You See That?: Get a 20-hit combo

Man, Are My Arms Sore: Get a 40-hit combo
Chaining a combo is a bit more complicated than it seems. Almost every time, I notice my combos reset after I defeat an enemy and move on to another one, even though I did not spend too much time not attacking or had an attack that missed. But worry not, in the first few levels you’ll unlock a power named Super Beam KO, an attack like Dragon Ball’s Kamehameha where Karen shoots a large powerful beam. If Super Beam KO hits a powerful enemy or a boss, a 20-hit combo is pretty much guaranteed as that alone reaches 25.

The 40-hit combo is a bit more complicated. The key to getting a 40-hit combo is by using Super Beam KO, and chain it with Twister Drill or Air Pop attacks. Trying against bosses are also recommended, since they can withstand that damage. I got it fighting Mecha Two. After the phase where it summons the second wave of enemies, it will stand in the middle of the level and shoot out some fireballs. Wait it out, and after it’s done, hit it with the Super Beam KO, dealing major damage to it and its minions. Then quickly press X + arrow keys to activate your Air Pop move, changing the arrow keys to follow where Mecha Two is, repeat until your power bar runs out. Throw some more punches if necessary. If you’re lucky you should reach 40.

Another, perhaps easier place to get it is Mecha Three. The stage is flat, and it cannot fly, only long jumps. You'll probably have enough energy to perform 2 Super Beam KOs. To make sure it's not interrupted, do it shortly after it finishes the fireball rain move while spawning minions. Then, use Twister Drill/Air Pop moves until you reach 40 or above. My record was 50!

Technically, you could get this achievement on other levels, perhaps even normal ones. You just need 1 strong enemy and weaker ones positioned nearby. I almost got another when playing in level 4-3 or 4-4 when I was fighting those miniboss-type enemies, but sadly I only reached 37.

Perfection: Complete an arena stage with a Perfect Combo (excluding tutorial level)

Tour of Perfection: Get 5 Perfect Combos over the entire game

World Tour... OF PERFECTION!!!1!: Get 15 Perfect Combos over the entire game
Perfect Combos can only be gained in several enemy encounters that are marked arena stage. You’ll know when you enter one because your screen will flash a warning sign, between 1-3 of them. The difference with regular enemy encounters is that more enemies will spawn, and more warning signs naturally mean it’s more difficult. To get a perfect combo, you will have to clear it with an S-Rank, not having your combo broken, and not getting hit.

Each level has several arena stages, which you can check in the level selection screen. The gold coin indicates an arena stage you have finished perfectly, and the blank one means you didn’t. Obviously, its easier to get in the early levels, and if an arena appears early on you can just reset the level if you got hit. It’s not too hard, although some arenas can be harder than others. I got 15 before I finished Greenwood Park.
Enemy-related
They Kinda Taste Like Cinammon Hearts: Dodge through 15 enemy bullets in a level
Some enemies shoot out fireballs. You can farm these in a normal level, especially in later stages where there are more fireball-shooting enemies, but it’s faster if you farm on the bosses since some of their attack shoots out a lot of these at once.

Gotta Get it Done, Mecha One!: Defeat Mecha One in 1m 30s or less
Unless you avoid attacking too much, chances are you’ll unlock this by accident. Boss fights aren’t particularly long, and the first boss is the easiest. I would like to remind you to try getting the S+ Rank on this fight since it's the easiest and fastest place to get it.

What Were You Trying To Do, Mecha Two?: Defeat Mecha Two without taking damage
Probably the hardest achievement in the game. Take it slow, avoid its attacks and remember its patterns as well as keeping an eye out for the minions. Replay the level if necessary.

Can't Get the Jump on Me, Mecha Three!: Defeat Mecha Three without jumping
Keep your finger away from that Space button! It’s easier than it seems, the stage is flat and Mecha Three can't fly so you don’t need to jump to take out enemies or throw punches. Remember to use Shift to dodge enemies’ attacks.

No Easy Chore, Mecha Four!: Defeat Mecha Four without using Super Beam KO
Keep your finger away from that Ctrl button! The fight will definitely take longer and you’ll have to withstand more of its attacks, just use your other combos and don’t forget to dodge.
Closing
So that's it, hope this guide helps you in getting 100% achievements for this game. It's not really hard, thanks to the devs for that.

Thanks to Vertex Pop developers for creating the game, and providing some tips along with some other people in getting the 40-hit combo. You can view the discussion here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/app/907670/discussions/0/1872875054776308009/
