30 Hero Cap + 2 Skill Points per Level

Does what it says in the title, as well as adds two new signature skill slots. Currently the same as the original mod (4, 8, 12, 18, 24, 30).

Eldritch Sovereigns have 3 different options for Signature Skills I could add (major, minor, and forgotten tome), and I honestly have not played enough of them to know about it enough, so for now I added one extra minor and one extra forgotten tome signature skill. If this doesn't work or is too strong, let me know and I'll fix it up; I can't find any info as to what the skills in these are online, and I don't have time to dig into it manually to find out.

All credit to MusicManiac, I just edited his files to get it to work with the new update. As soon as he updates his officially, I'll remove this.

Took like 30 minutes learning how AoW4 mods work, and then like 10 minutes to add support for the new Sovereigns. If its broken later, maybe I'll fix it, but I doubt it, unless I really want to use it again. I mostly did it so I could use it myself with some friends.

I haven't played a Eldritch Sovereign with it yet (though I quickly made a campaign with one and verified the extra signatures are there and double skill points works on a level up), but I'm ~50 ish turns into a MP campaign with some AI Eldritch Sovereigns in the game and have not had any crashes yet. As usual, note the files it modifies, as it won't be compatible with other mods that touch the same things.
