I got map of East Prussia open to pull new locations names from to keep to the theme and try to use German vehicles when possible. Map author is probably German or at least germanophile. I resisted attempts to teach me language for six years in school so can't bother to keep everything German on it but I try at least.
Most buildings are listed in modlist for that map, but I went through them and adjusted their stats to disable maintence for infrastructucture and decorations or heating for old town service buildings. It makes utilising preplaced towns much easier.

Ah thanks, i thought you are german because of that name Osterburg, sry mate. Ok thanks for the answer, anyway i wil try to build something like that for myself. Just no privat Cars maybe should work and have to find the right buildings.

Viaducts are part of this mod. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2501624449 But I've disabled maintenance on them as some preplaced parts lacked road access.

It is mostly existing map of "Red Prussia" based on heightmap of Konigsberg. City is fictional. Real cities sadly won't work in W&R due to scale.
