Okey, lo único que tienen que hacer es seleccionar todos los últimos escenarios de cada capitulo de cada campaña en la dificultad que quieran terminar el juego.
Ejemplo:
CAMPAÑA DE LEON: capitulo 1-5, dificultad "cualquiera" (aqui tiene 5 escenarios en el cap 1)
Siempre deben elegir el ultimo escenario jugar solo ese, para que el juego se los cuente como que jugaron desde el 1-1. Entonces al finalizar con este método, podrán acabar las campañas y con ello el juego entero, en tan solo 20 escenarios en vez de todos.

NOTA: Algunos escenarios finales de cada capitulo son muy faciles de hacer, asi que no necesariamente necesitaran armas con municion infinita para ir haciendo los logros "VERDE, CONVENCIONAL, CURTIDO Y LEYENDA".

They should always choose the last scenario and play only that one, so that the game counts them as having played from 1-1. So when you finish with this method, you will be able to finish the campaigns and with it the entire game, in just 20 scenarios instead of all of them.

NOTE: Some final scenarios in each chapter are very easy to do, so you will not necessarily need weapons with infinite ammunition to do the "GREEN, CONVENTIONAL, HARDENED AND LEGEND" achievements.
