This charming 2/3 bed, 1 bath home just hit the market! This smaller ranch is the perfect starter home!

This home has a toggle-able addition. Without the addition, the home is 2 bed, 1 bath. With the addition, the home is 3 bed, 1 bath.

This house is modeled to be as realistic as possible... It includes:
-a full HVAC sytem
-a full plumbing system that spills water when broken
-a full electrical system including circuit breakers & wall plugs.
-smoke detector and doorbell

This house includes 3 versions:
-Furnished. (as noted)
-Unfurnished. (as noted)
-Under construction. (This mode allows the visibility of many of the hidden components of the home.)

Very special thanks to YuLun for uploading their spectacular sectional garage door mod to the workshop. This map utilizes these sectional garage doors.

i think you should make the streetlights a bit warmer too at some point after releasing the map like with the streetlight tones you mentioned originally, or some of them, the white lights feel cold, the brookwood map has pretty good examples of HPS tones in teardown, maybe it could be a option

@jjboy - tentatively, yes :)

@camozol - im planning to send out an update for all the houses at the same time that include various bug fixes & content additions (basement shadow issue included)..
planning for it to come out shortly before the completed neighborhood (hopefully end of month/early September).

@Richard - that's the plan.. I have screenshots of it's progress posted to my profile.

@klima85 - 2 of the houses will include a plane of water (15 & 22 oak) for their pools. other than that, I don't intend to add additional planes of water. There is a flood mod though that doesn't require water... I don't recall the name off-hand, but i have tested it on the map & it works fine.

Now that this project is getting close to completion, i do have some ideas for future maps, but nothing set in stone.

@TheSpecial - The bicycle isn't a mod, but something I built specifically for Oak Street (there are 3 houses so-far that include the bicycle).
