- plus frames seem to be added by someone who looked at a normal fighting game and said "yeah that checks out" despite the most plus button in vanilla is (iirc) Ninja Palm strike being +4 on block
- Neuron being genuinely the least thought about projectile setplay tool to ever exist, since it's what I call New Super Schizo Neutral WiiU Deluxe (or just super schizo neutral for short)
- I don't quite recall their damage cuz i wasn't taking notes but their damage was... sorta all over the place?
- Their actual melee tools range from armor jesus to basically useless due to a variety of factors such as range
This character has multiple tools that are super plus on block yet somehow it doesn't help them at all cuz their tools just don't work. I'd mention more but the lack of updates means a lot of issues now are just because of changing standards, over these problems being actual problems.
