There is 0 chance you are getting a stable 60fps on vanilla SR2, and you wouldn't be dipping under 50fps with Juiced Patch unless your CPU is in the Intel i3, Celeron lines or worse, even then in the last 3 or so months we've done considerable performance optimizations that Juiced Patch eating up too much of your cpu to the point that your game is suffering from it is borderline impossible at this point.
After installing Juiced: Constant dips into 30fps with Dynamic Lighting on, dips into 50 with it off.
I'll never understand the fascination with the Juiced Patch. With just GoTR, GoG .exe and custom d3d9 file, it runs so much better than this PoS performance tanker.
